NRRA is located in western Wisconsin approximately 30 miles northeast of Minneapolis-St. Paul.  The airport is one of the fastest growing in the Midwest.  Approximately 180 aircraft are based in privately owned hangars.  NRRA is home to ten aviation related businesses and several business aircraft.  The airport contributes over nine million dollars per year to the New Richmond area economy.  NRRA serves the Eastern Twin Cities Metro Area and Western Wisconsin.

A new airport sign was installed near the north entrance to NRRA.  The 7000 pound engraved limerock sign was completed and delivered by Rivard Stone.  The sign was lowered into place by local pilot and aviation maintenance tech Nick Jilek from SMC.  Picture of sign - Click Here

Griggs Aviation lowered the fuel prices for 100LL and Jet A today.  100LL is now $4.79 per gallon, self serve.  Jet A is $4.99 self serve.  Add $.25 per gallon for full service via fuel truck

A major construction project at New Richmond Regional Airport will begin on September 8th.  Reconstruction of the oldest portion of runway 14-32 will occur, along with the replacement of the oldest portion of the runway lighting, REIL's and PAPI regulator and circuit.

Crack repair of airport taxiways and aprons is complete.  9,000' of cracks were routed and filled with a rubberized compound.
